Hi, I'm Ksenia Galantzan and I love Borzois :) 

We’ve been sharing our lives with Borzois for over 20 years — first in Russia, now in sunny Israel. They’ve been part of our family every step of the way

It all started in 1988 when I was a 12-year-old girl. My mother and I were passing by a park in my hometown St. Petersburg, Russia and we saw a Borzoi walking there with its owner, we asked what this wonderful and rare creature was that we had never seen before and the rest is history….. then we got our first Borzoi Antei and so I filled all my time only with this amazing breed: learning about the history of the breed, standards and rules, joint trips with the Borzoi people every weekend, participation in field races, exhibitions and just meetings to talk about the programs and our dogs. Of course a Borzoi without hunting wouldn't be a Borzoi! So at that time I also went to hunting competitions in order to obtain a hunting certificate for my dogs.

In 1998 I moved to Israel and my last and beloved dog Roskosh stayed in Russia with my mother Rushina. She was elderly and we did not yet have our own place in Israel so I couldn't take her with me. She died of a sarcoma in 2001 :(

When a Borzoi becomes an inseparable part of you, there is no going back... But only in 2015 I brought 2 sisters Eva and Luna (Solovyev Europa & Solovyev Elan) from a well-known Solovyev Kennel located in Moscow, Russia, and from here began my journey with the Borzoi breed here in Israel. 

In 2017 I graduated from the seminary of the Israeli Kennel Club and after having 3 borzoi litters and according to the requirements of the rules, in 2021, after 34 years of giving my heart to the breed, I opened a kennel and called it "Celestial Royalty". 

We are very proud of our breeding, happy with the impressive results of the "kids" at the exhibitions, 5 years our Borzois have won the impressive and honorable title "Borzoi of the Year" and for 4 years that the dogs from our breeding (born in our home) have received this title.

Also, the Borzoi breed is very photogenic and very popular among photographers and we happily participate in photographs and advertisements. We even took a picture with the one and only - Gal Gadot with our Luna, Blistay, Nusha, Nika and Tzar. 

I hope that everyone who joins the Borzoi family here in Israel will come to understand and truly feel them, find a shared language, enjoy life by their side — and quickly realize that something had been missing in their “before” life all along… and there’s simply no going back :)

And I hope to continue my path with the same success and with beautiful, healthy and happy dogs.

❤️ 2025 – 37 years with Borzois ❤️

This year, 2025, marks 37 years since our first Russian Borzoi (and actually our first purebred dog) came into our home — all the way back in September 1988, a lifetime ago...
My mom and I still remember how we passed by a park near our house and saw THIS INCREDIBLE CREATURE — nothing less than divine!
As if it stepped out of a classical painting or came to life from a sculpture in a museum — perfect in body and spirit, an arrow and the wind, in the form of an impossibly graceful ballerina...
Since then, the Russian Borzoi has become my heart breed — in every possible way, and maybe even in my DNA by now :)
We’ve spent almost 20 years living side by side with them, through many changes, and a long pause during our move to Israel 🇮🇱 — a time without Borzois, though they often visited me in dreams and lived deep in my memory and longing.

I officially registered my kennel Celestial Royalty only in 2021, after meeting all the requirements of the Israeli Kennel Club — including finishing my studies in cynology and having three litters born in our home.

And this year, 2025, I was honored with the title "Breeder of Merit / מגדל מצטיין" 🙏 Thank you so much for this recognition 🥰

And as I’ve said a hundred times already — the biggest THANK YOU goes to our owners, who love, spoil, and cherish the most precious treasures we’ve entrusted to them — our Borzoi “kids”. We’re always happy to follow their lives and help however we can whenever needed.

In addition to the long list of champions connected to our kennel or born here, this is the 6th year we’ve received the “Borzoi of the Year” title — and for 4 of those years, the title went to Borzois born in our own home.

הכול התחיל בשנת 1988, כשהייתי ילדה בת 12.
אמא שלי ואני טיילנו בפארק בעיר הולדתי, סנט פטרסבורג, כשראינו כלב מיוחד ויפהפה שמעולם לא פגשנו קודם.
